About this coffee: This coffee is a collection of lots from nearly 200 farms that
make up the Iyenga Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society
(AMCOS). The Cooperative was registered in 2003 with the aim
of cutting out merchants who bought from the farms cheaply
and sold to the markets for an higher price.
The members of AMCOS are represented by a group of highly
committed board members, who are elected by a democratic
vote amongst the registered farmers. The board have been
actively encouraging the men and women of the region to join in
on AMCOS activities. This coffee is bursting with flavours of
raspberry, cherry and melon with a light body and delicious
aftertaste
