About this coffee: Quanda is the union of two rivers that are born from the Picorana hill. It represents the purity and sweetness that is born from the heights. Quanda is the coffee that enhances the sweet tones and floral profile of its cup.
For a co-operative lot, this coffee is incredible. A combination of selective picking and high quality processing; such as slow fermentation and the parabolic (drying tents) make this coffee the very sweetest, lightest, yet most flexible coffee.
This coffee (almost) tastes like a natural, ripe fruit sugars and super sweet acidity. Light body and lingering citric finish.
