What we think: This coffee is perfect for when you time to relax and savour all its complexity. I would recommend this brewed used a drip filter method, V60 or chemex as it accentuates its floral aroma.

About this coffee: This exceptional coffee has been processed at Guji Jigesa washing station, and exported by Testi Coffee both of which are owned and run by Faysel A. Yonis and his family.

Faysel started to get involved with speciality coffee in the 1990’s, and has seen Ethiopian coffee become one of the most desired origins available today.

It has been the case for many years that Ethiopian coffees have been sold without any traceability information by the Ethiopian Coffee Exchange (ECX). In 2017, a massive bill was introduced which would allow all Ethiopian coffees to be sold and marketed with full traceability.

Everything that makes Ethiopian coffees great can be found in this coffee, stunning floral aromas of jasmine and rose and flavours of juicy blueberries and strawberries.
