About this coffee: The Andes mountain range dominates the Cauca growing region in Colombia. It provides coffee growers in this region with the perfect conditions; altitude, microclimates and rich soil which enable this stunning coffee to thrive in.

The quality of this coffee can also be attributed to the producers of the ASORCAFE Co-operative who represents some 45 producers from across Cauca. This specific lot has been selected from growers who produced coffee that scored 85 points or above by the ASORCAFE’s cupping lab.

Their high standards have been recognised in this coffee, providing a result of stunning flavours of apple, honey and chocolate.
