About this coffee: The Carvalho Dias and Ottoni families have been growing coffee in
Brazil since 1890 and are something of an institution in their field.
The two families now own several farms in Brazil’s ideal growing
region of Minas Gervais with Fazenda Rondomunho being the
crowning jewel. They have even produced coffees that have been
finalists in the Brazilian Cup of Excellence, a reflection of both the
ongoing care and vast experience passed down to each generation.
This extensive knowledge coupled with the pulped natural processing
method results in wonderful characteristics of chocolate, hazelnuts,
