What we think:
About this coffee: Capim Branco is one of oldest estates in Brazil. It is also one of two ‘Cup of Excellence’ winning farms owned by the Andrade Brother and has been owned by the Andrade family since 1901.
Fazenda Capim Branco is situated in the highly volcanic region of Cerrado Mineiro, which provides the ideal growing conditions for the farm. Almost all of the farms 300 hectares is planted with the Yellow Catuai varietal, which thrives on both the rich volcanic soil and the meticulous crop management that the Andrade family has developed during their 117 years of experience.
This coffee has all the nutty flavours you would expect from a Brazilian coffee, but with an added sweetness and plum flavour that is typical from naturally processed coffee.
