About this coffee: Capim Branco is one of oldest estates in Brazil. It is also one of two ‘Cup of
Excellence’ winning farms owned by the Andrade Brother and has been owned by
the Andrade family since 1901. Fazenda Capim Branco is situated in the highly
volcanic region of Cerrado Mineiro, which provides the ideal growing conditions
for the farm. Almost all of the farms 300 hectares is planted with the Yellow Catuai
varietal, which thrives on both the rich volcanic soil and the meticulous crop
management that the Andrade family has developed during their 117 years of
experience.
This coffee has all the nutty flavours you would expect from a Brazilian coffee, but
with an added sweetness and plum flavour that is typical from naturally processed
coffee.
